Hailing from El Salvador, Chef Rivas moved to the United States at just six years old, where he quickly embraced cuisine as both an art form and a way to express his creativity. His impressive culinary journey includes serving as Executive Chef at the Raleigh Hotel and Sous Chef at the renowned Flamingo Resort in Las Vegas, where he refined his craft in some of the country’s most prestigious kitchens.
